The conference kicked off with the solemn national anthem. The conference was presided over by Comrade Yuan Li, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Jincheng Community, Shiyang Street, High-tech Zone. The first agenda was to elect members of the first branch committee. The election was conducted by secret ballot. According to the election method and the results of the vote counting, Chen Longyuan, Wei Li, and Tang Xiaomei were elected as members of the first branch committee.
