Hidili Industry International Development Limited("Hidili Industry") is mainly engaged in coal mining, washing, clean coal, and by-product sales, with assets mainly distributed in the provinces of Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan. In September 2007, it was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock Code 01393.HK), becoming the first private coal enterprise in China to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Hidili Industry has more than 50 subsidiaries in China, including Hidili Industry (China) Group Limited, Liupanshui Hidili Industry Co., Ltd., Yunnan Dongyuan Hidili Coal Industry Co., Ltd., and Sichuan Hidili Industry Co., Ltd. It is now a leading comprehensive coal enterprise in Southwest China. In the golden period of vigorous development of China's coal industry and relying on the coal resource advantages in the southwest region of China, it currently has 18 modern coal mines, 6 coal preparation plants, 1 large-scale equipment manufacturing and maintenance enterprise in the three provinces of Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan, as well as 5 coal mine supporting coal bed methane gas power stations in Guizhou. In 2025, the company has about 7,000 registered employees, with an estimated raw coal output of over 5 million tons and a  clean coal output of over 1.5 million tons, and an annual mine production scale of over 10 million tons. The company's main product, coking coal, is mainly supplied to large steel enterprises in Southwest China, and thermal coal is mainly supplied to large thermal power enterprises in the surrounding areas.

Through continuous optimization and effective investment, Hidili Industry has now built a modern comprehensive intelligent mechanized mine that integrates comprehensive mining, comprehensive excavation, underground intelligent monitoring, gas extraction, and clean power generation.
