At 9:30 am on June 25, 2025, the Group Company held the "Hidili-Beisen Human Resource Management System Project Work Meeting" in Chengdu. The Chairman of the Group Company, Xian Fan, and the President, Sun Jiankun, attended the meeting, which was presided over by Lei Fanyu, the Deputy Director of the Group Office.
At the meeting, the Beisen team provided a detailed report on the project planning, clearly stating that they would build four major platforms: "information sharing, efficient management, network services, and decision support". They would focus on two core modules: organizational personnel and salary management, covering approximately 9,000 employees from "the group - subsidiary companies - factories and mines". They would integrate existing information systems such as DingTalk and OA to achieve comprehensive improvements in information integration, process optimization, operational efficiency, and data-driven capabilities. To ensure the efficient implementation of the project, the project would be progressed in stages: from June to November, they would orderly carry out tasks such as demand collection, integrated research, module development, system launch, and training. At the same time, they would establish special organizational structures such as a project steering committee, and set up management mechanisms for progress tracking, demand response, and quality review.
The leaders of the group company emphasized at the meeting that the new system should take into account personnel adaptability to avoid a disconnect between technology and manpower; conduct in-depth research on needs and accommodate feedback from the grassroots; complete organizational personnel adjustments as soon as possible, and reconstruct job titles and compensation systems to adapt to the market. At the same time, it is necessary to address the existing problem of backward management, optimize the "managing people and money" mechanism in combination with the company's actual situation, ensure the streamlining, efficiency, and overall stability of the organization and personnel, and achieve high efficiency and refinement in the company's human resource management.
The meeting clarified the overall project planning, implementation path, and core objectives, marking the substantial advancement of the digital transformation of the group's human resource management. It provided a clear direction for project implementation and future work, laying an important foundation for building an efficient human resource management system.
